Redline Homes Fieldays Promotion – Terms & Conditions

  1. The Redline Homes Fieldays Promotion ("Promotion") offers a $10,000 incl. GST discount off the standard list price of the Te Aroha transportable home plan.

  2. To qualify for the advertised Te Aroha Promotion, customers must sign a building contract and pay any required deposit by 11:59pm NZST on 1 August 2026.

  3. Customers interested in an alternative Redline Homes plan may be eligible for a Fieldays promotional offer at Redline Homes' discretion. Any alternative offer will be determined by Redline Homes and confirmed in writing prior to contract signing.

  4. The Promotion applies to new contracts only and is not available on existing contracts, accepted quotations, or projects already in progress.

  5. The advertised $10,000 discount applies to the base Te Aroha plan only and excludes site works, foundations, consents, transportation, installation, utility connections, upgrades, variations, landscaping, decking, and any other additional costs unless otherwise stated in writing.

  6. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, rebate, or promotion unless approved in writing by Redline Homes.

  7. Any plan modifications, upgrades, customisations, or client-requested variations may affect the final contract price.

  8. Redline Homes reserves the right to amend, extend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time without notice.

  9. The Promotion is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

  10. All contracts are subject to Redline Homes' standard terms and conditions.
