Our buildings are completed with a Code of Compliance certificate issued from our local council in Taupo. The homes are then ready to connect operationally to utilities and services on site.
A 10-year Master Build Guarantee can also be added for your peace of mind. Building foundations are completed by the delivery team, typically within a couple of days of delivery. We can assist with your site works and are happy to liaise with local tradespeople around specific plan details, or to add the finishing touches such as curtains, decks and landscaping.
